Five small islands and coral atolls - Bassas da India, Europa, Glorieuses, Juan de Nova and Tromelin - scattered in the southwestern Indian Ocean and Mozambique Channel. Disputed by France, Madagascar and Mauritius, it was agreed in February 2000 that they would be co-administered by these three countries, without prejudice to the question of sovereignty.
