Created in October 1993, the Organisation pour l'Harmonisation en Afrique du Droit des Affaires aims to promote the harmonization of business law in the franc zone countries of sub-Saharan Africa. Member countries: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Comoros, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Chad, Togo.
